Kambing Masak Santan Manis
Lamb stewed in creamy and sweet sauce

Bahan-bahan:
Ingredients:
300 gr lamb
2 tbsp kecap manis
2 cloves
1 tbsp salt
1/2 tsp palm sugar
700 ml coconut milk
2 tbsp oil

Haluskan:
3 shallots
4 cloves of garlic
1/2 tsp nutmeg
5 kemiri/candlenuts
1/2 tsp pepper

Taburan:
preparation:
2 tbsp bawang goreng

Cara Membuat:
preparation:
Cut the meat into small pieces and mix it with the kecap. Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu to a paste.
Heat in a pan the oil and fry the bumbu for 3 minutes. Add the meat and cloves and fry it until the meat changes colour. Then add the salt, the palm sugar and the coconut milk and cook it slowly until done and until the sauce has thickened. Sprinkle the bawang goreng on top and serve.

tip: lamb can be replaced by beef (shank)
