Krengsengan Kambing Jawa Timur
Spicy baked lamb from East Java
Bahan-bahan:
Ingredients:
500 gr lamb (mixed meat also the bones)
100 ml of water
5 tbsp kecap manis
2 tbsp trassi
3 red lomboks
2 green lomboks
2 tbsp oil
2 tomatoes
1/2 tsp salt
Haluskan:
Bumbu:
3 cloves of garlic
2 shallots
5 red rawits
3 red lomboks
1/2 tsp pepper

2 tbsp bawang goreng
Cara Membuat:
preparation:
Cut the lomboks into slanted rings and tomatoes into parts. Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu into a paste. Mix the meat with the bumbu, the kecap and the trassi.
Heat in a pan the oil and add the meat with the spices and fry it gently. Then add water and stir well. Cook gently until done and the moisture has evaporated. Add the tomatoes and the lomboks, mix well and fry them soft.
Sprinkle the emping and the bawang goreng on top and serve.
