Daging Kambing Santan
spicy lamb stewed in coconut milk

Bahan-bahan:
Ingredients:
500 gr lamb
250 gr potatoes
4 tbsp kecap manis
250 ml santen asli
1000 ml santen cair
1 tsp vinegar
3 cm cinnamon

Haluskan:
Bumbu:
10 green rawits
1 tsp pepper
4 cm jahe
5 shallots
3 cloves of garlic
2 tsp salt

Taburan:
Garnish:
2 tbsp bawang goreng

Cara Membuat:
preparation;
Cut the meat into pieces and the potatoes in cubes. Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu into a paste. Mix the meat with the paste, the kecap and vinegar and let it rest for 15 minutes.
Heat in a pan the santen cair and bring to a boil. Add the meat and cook it nearly done. Add the potatoes and cook until done.
Then add the santen asli and stir until the sauce has thickened. Sprinkle the bawang goreng on top and serve
