crispy fried goat meat

500 gr goat meat
4 cloves garlic
2 tsp peppercorns
1 tsp asem / tamarind
1/2 tsp salt
1 tbsp water
250 ml water

Cara membuat:
Cut the meat into pieces. Heat in a pan the water and the salt and cook the meat until soft. Drain and let the meat cool down. Pound or grind the garlic and the peppercorns fine and mix it with the asem and the tbsp water. Pound the meat until flat and mix it with the garlic mixture. Heat in a wok the oil and fry the meat golden brown and crispy.
