Thin pancakes with a sweet coconutmilk sauce
150 gr flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
200 ml santen cair (thin coconut milk)
100 ml water
250 ml santen cair
50 gr gula jawa (palmsugar)
1 tsp sugar
1/8 tsp salt
1 pandan leaf
2 small bananas
Mix the ingredients for the batter well together until the batter is made.
For the sauce: heat in a pan the santen and add the remaining ingredients and let it cook slowly until the plamsugar has melted. Add the, in thin slices cutted, bananas and let it cook slowly for 5 minutes.
Heat in a skillet a little bit op oil and add 2 tbsp of the batter and bake it slowly on 1 side and repeat this until all the batter is used. Laddle a bit of the sauce in a bowl and put the serabi on top and serve.
