pancakes with durian sauce

650 ml coconut milk
300g rice flour
100g taro, steamed and pureed
1/2 tsp ragi / yeast
50 g sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1 egg
Bahan-bahan durian sauce:
Sauce ingredients:
600ml coconut milk
150g durian pulp, mashed
125g palm sugar
2 pandan leaf
1/2 tsp salt
1 tbsp cornflour dissolved in 1 tablespoon water
Cara membuat:
Heat pan and into the coconut milk and wait until oil emerges. Mix the rice flour, the taro, the ragi, sugar, egg and salt well. Pour over 600ml warm coconut milk and mix into a batter and leave for 1 hour.
Heat a flat pan and pour some of the batter and cook a crêpe. Batter is sufficient for 30 crêpes. Serve with the sauce.

Heat in a pan and add the coconut milk, the durian, palm sugar, pandan leaf and salt and bring to the boil. Add the cornstarch and cook gently until the sauce has thickened.
