Bahan-bahan:

1500 ml coconut milk
3 pandan leaf
20 jeruk purut, deveined
1 1/2 tsp salt
550 g sugar
625 gr tepung sagu
2 1/2 tbsp rice flour
1/2 tsp chocolate paste / brown food coloring
5 drops red food coloring
Cara membuat:
preparation:
Heat the coconut milk in a saucepan along with the jeruk purut, the pandan, salt and sugar and bring to boil while stirring. Pour 1600 ml of the mixture in a separate bowl. Mix in the rice flour and tepung sagu to a make a batter. Take 150 ml of the batter and mix in the red coloring. Take 650 ml of the batter and mix in the chocolate paste.
Grease a pan of 18x18x7cm with some oil. Pour 100 ml of the chocolate mixture into the pan and the steam for 5 minutes. Pour 75ml of the chocolate batter on it and steam it for 5 minutes. Repeat alternating with the white batter until the batter is used up. Finally put the red batter on top and steam the cake for 25 minutes. Let it cool off and cut into portions.
