Bahan-Bahan:
ingredients:
200 gr sticky rice
5 small bananas
400 ml coconut milk (of 1/2 coconut)
200 gr grated coconut
1/2 tsp salt
75 gr brown sugar
1/8 tsp vanilla
25 gr sugar
500 ml of water
Cara membuat:
preparation
Soak the rice in the water for at least 3 hours and drain (preferably 1 night). Steam the bananas until done and cut them into slices. Heat the coconut milk in a pan and bring to a boil. Steam the rice until half cooked and mix it with the coconut milk, the coconut, the salt, the brown sugar and the vanilla and form a kind of dough.
Heat a pan and put 1 tbsp of the mixture in it and press it flat and bake until half dry. Then put the banana slices on top and sprinkle some sugar over it. Bake until dry and fold it double. Serve.
Enough for 16 pieces
