Sate ikan senapelan
fish satay

3 medium catfish
5 jeruk purut leaves
2 sereh (lemongrass)
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp palm sugar
1 tbsp water asem
1 tsp lime juice
150 ml coconut milk
2 tbsp oil
satay skewers

5 shallots
5 cloves garlic
3 red lomboks
5 red rawits
1 tsp trasi bakar
2 candle nuts, roasted

Cara membuat:
Remove the meat of the fish wrong and cut it into cubes. Sprinkle with half the salt and lime juice and leave it for 15 minutes. Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu into a paste. Remove the stem of the jeruk purut leaves and chop the leaves fine.
Heat the oil in a pan and fry the bumbu together with lemongrass and jeruk purut for 5 minutes. Add the coconut milk, the salt, the palm sugar and the asem water and cook it slowly until it thickens. When the sauce into cooled mix in the fish through and let it rest for 30 minutes.
Then put the fish on the skewers and roast it above a charcoal fire until brown and done.
