Sate Kablet
sate of tuna from Bali

500 gr of tuna
1 lemon juice
2 lime juice
2 tbsp salt
40 gr palm sugar
50 ml coconut milk
2 tbsp bawang goreng
2 tbsp oil
sate sticks

1 kemiri
2 cm kencur
2 cm kunyit
2 scallops
5 cloves of garlic
3 red lomboks
4 red rawits
1/4 tsp trasi

Cara Membuat:
Clean the tuna and rub it with the lime juice and 1 tablespoon salt. Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu into a paste. Mash 400 gr of tuna and chop the remaining in small cubes (5 gr per cube).
Heat in a pan the oil and fry the bumbu for 4 minutes and set aside. Mix the bumbu with the mashed tuna, lime juice, palm sugar, salt, bawang goreng and coconut milk and knead it gently into a fish dough.
Put cubes of tuna onto the sate sticks and put the fish dough around it. Roast the sate over a charcoal fire until brown and cooked.
