Satai Bungkus Daun Pisang
sate of fish in banana leaf

250 gr fishmeat (spanish mackerel)
2 shallots
1 spring onion
30 gr of carrot
30 gr bengkuang / jacama / yam
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp palm sugar
1 egg
75 ml coconut milk
banana leaf

Cara Membuat:
Mash the fish meat. Cut the onion and spring onion finely and the carrot and the bengkuang in small pieces. Mix all ingredients thoroughly into a smooth homogeneous mass. Divide the mass into 6 portions and wrap the serving into banana leaf. Steam the package for minutes until done.
