shrimp in a slightly acidic sauce from Aceh

500g prawns
1 lemon, juice
1/2 tsp salt
4 belimbing wuluh / star fruit
5 green chilies
4 jeruk purut
400 ml water
4 shallots
5 cloves garlic
c cm kunyit
6 asam Sunti
5 red chilies
1 tsp salt
Cara membuat:
Clean the prawns and marinate it with salt and lemon juice for at least 15 minutes. Cut the belimbing into pieces and slice the chilies. Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu fine into a paste.
Mix the shrimp with the paste and the marinade. Heat a pan and add the prawns and fry for 2 minutes. Add the belimbing, the chilies and the jeruk purut and stir together well. Then add the water and slowly cook the shrimp until done.
