Panggang bandeng
grilled milkfish


Bahan-bahan:
ingredients:
2 ikan bandeng (milk fish, otherwise 2 salmon steaks)
5 tbsp kecap manis
1 tsp lemon juice
3 tbsp oil
banana Leaves

Haluskan:
Bumbu:
9 red lomboks (large chilies)
7 cloves garlic
1 tsp salt

Cara membuat:
preparation:
Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu into a paste. Then mix the kecap and cirtoenschap through. Rub the fish inside and out with the mixture and let it rest for 20 minutes. Rub the banana leaves with the oil and place the fish on top and fold it. Roast the fish over a charcoal fire for 20 minutes until done.
