Panggang Haruan - spicy stuffed catfish

Panggang Haruan
spicy stuffed catfish

700 gr catfish (2 pcs)
6 shallots
2 cm kunyit (turmeric)
1/2 tsp salt
6 tbsp oil

11 red lomboks
7 shallots
4 cloves garlic
1/2 tsp trasi
2 tomatoes

Cara membuat:
Clean the fish. Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu fine into a paste. Pound or grind the shallots and the kunyit fine into a paste. Rub the fish in with the salt, the shallots and the kunyit. Cut the fish opne bellyside and stuff the fish with the bumbu. Roast the fish slowly above a charcoalfire until done. Heat in a wok the oil and fry the remainig marinade for 2 minutes and pour it ont top of the fish. Serve
