Tuna in spicy sour sauce

1000 gr tuna
8 red onions
5 green lomboks
2 tbsp lime juice
3 salam leaves
2 starfruit (belimbing wuluh)
2 tbsp salt
800 ml water
2 tbsp oil

1 tsp ketumbar
1 tsp anice
1 tsp pepper
5 red lomboks
20 pieces sunti
4 clove garlic
2 cm kunyit
2 cm jahe
5 red rawits

Cara membuat:
Cut the tuna into pieces and sprinkle it with salt and lime juice and let it rest for 15 minutes. Slice the onions fine, the lomboks in pieces and cut the starfruit into slices. Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu fine into a paste.
Heat in a wok the oil and fry the onions, the lomboks and the bumbu for 3 minutes. Add the tuna, the salam and the water and let it cook slowly
until the fish is nearly cooked. Add the starfruit and let in simmer a few minutes more, the serve.
