Fried tilapia with a spicy green sauce

700 gr tilapia (4 pieces)
2 cm kunyit, grated
2 cloves garlic
1 tsp salt
1 kecombrang
2 tbsp ketokak
2 tbsp limejuice

5 red shallots
3 cloves garlic
7 green lomboks
5 green rawits
5 green/unripe tomatoes
1 tsp trasi (shrimp paste)
1 tsp salt
1 tsp palm sugar

Cara membuat:
Slice the kecombrang into thin strips and the garlic fine. Cut the fish diagonally and rub it in with the limejuice, the garlic, the salt and the kunyit and let it rest for 15 minutes. Heat in a wok the oil and fry the fish crispy.
Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu fine into a paste. Heat in a wok 5 tbsp oil and fry the bumbu for 3 minutes. Add the kecombrang and the tekokak and let it cook slowly for 3 minutes. Pour the sauce on top of the fish and serve.
