Sate Bantengan Daging Has Dalam
Sate of tenderloin
Bahan-bahan:
Ingredients:
200 gr tenderloin
100 ml water
25 sate skewers
Haluskan:
Bumbu:
3 shallots
4 red lomboks
2 red rawits
3 cloves of garlic
1/2 tsp trassi
1 tsp salt
3 tbsp palm sugar
Cara Membuat:
preparation:
Cut the meat into pieces of 1 1/2 cm x 1 1/2 cm and then flatten the meat to 1/2 cm thickness. Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu to a paste and mix it with the water. Marinate the meat with the mixture and let it rest for at least 75 minutes.
Put the meat onto the sate skewers and roast the sate over a charcoal fire until done and brown.
