Nila Goreng Sambal Pelecing
fried tilapia with a spicy sambal

Bahan-Bahan:
ingredients:
4 tilapia
100 ml of water
oil

Haluskan:
bumbu:
4 cloves of garlic
3 kemiri nuts
3 cm kunyit
1/2 tsp pepper
1 tsp salt

Sambal Pelecing:
5 shallots
4 cloves of garlic
8 red cabai keriting (curly cayenne pepper)
2 red lomboks
1 tsp terasi / trasi
1 tomato
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp palm sugar

Cara membuat:
preparation:
Clean the fish and score them in the sides. Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu into a paste. Mix in the water and rub the fish in with it. Let it marinate for 15-20 minutes. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the fish until brown and done. Serve it with the sambal on top.

Sambal:
Cut the tomato into cubes. Pound or grind the shallots, the garlic, the lomboks, the keriting and the terasi into a paste.
Heat in a pan 2 tbsp oil and fry the bumbu for 4 minutes. Then add the tomato, the salt and the palmsugar and fry, while stirring, until done.
