Orak Arik Telur Bebek Teri

Bahan-Bahan:
ingredients:
5 duck eggs
50 gr teri nasi / anchovy, fried
50 gr carrot
4 shallots
3 cloves of garlic
2 green lomboks
2 green rawits
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1/4 tsp palm sugar
2 spring onion
3 tbsp water
2 tbsp oil
Cara membuat:
preparation:
Cut the carrot julienne and the shallots into thin slices. Finely chop the garlic. Cut the lomboks and rawits into slanted slices. Cut the spring onion into 1 cm pieces.
Heat the oil in a pan and fry the shallots, garlic, lomboks and rawits for 4 minutes. Then add the carrot and fry until soft.
Then add the palmsugar, the pepper, the spring onions and the eggs and fry until it solidifies. Then add the water and cook until done. Then mix in the teri nasi and serve.
