Telur Rawis Bumbu Rebon
spiced omelette with rebon

6 eggs
25 gr rebon, soaked
3 shallots
4 cloves of garlic
2 red lomboks
1 salam leaf
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1/4 tsp palmsugar
1 spring onion
1 tbsp oil

Cara membuat:
Finely chop the shallots and thinly slice the garlic. Cut the lomboks into thin rings. Finely chop the spring onion.
Beat the eggs and fry them into a thin omelette. Then roll it up and cut it into thin strips.
Heat the oil in a pan and fry the shallots, garlic, salam and lomboks for 3 minutes. Then add the omelette, the rebon, the salt, the pepper and the palmsugar and mix well.
Then add the spring onion and fry until done. Serve.
