Bayam Berudang
spinach in a spicy shrimp sauce

250 gr wild spinach
100 gr shrimps/gambas/prawns, peeled
2 shallots (small)
4 cloves of garlic
2 red lomboks
1 tbsp kecap manis
1 tbsp sauce udang
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
2 tbsp oil

Cara membuat:
Cut the shallots, garlic and lomboks into thin slices. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the shallots, garlic and lomboks for 3 minutes.
Then add the prawns and fry until they change color. Then add the spinach and mix well. Then add the sauce udang, the kecap, the salt and the pepper and fry until done. Serve.
