Sarden Ungkep Kecap
Sardines with tofu in kecap sauce

4 sardines
3 cloves garlic
1 tbsp lime juice
1 tsp salt
250 gr tahu/tofu
300 ml water
1 tbsp mirin

1 tbsp oil
1 onion
3 cloves garlic
2 tbsp kecap manis
1 tbsp kecap asin
1/2 tsp paprika powder
1 tsp sesame oil

Cara membuat:
Clean the fish and rub it in with the garlic, the lime juice and the salt and let it rest for 30 minutes. Slice the garlic and the onion fine and the tahu into cubes. Heat in a wok the oil and fry the garlic and the onion for 2 minutes. Add the water, the kecaps, the sesame oil and the paprika powder and let it cook slowly. Then add the fish, the tahu and the mirin and let it cook slowly until the fish is cooked.
