Palai Bungkus Daun Ubi Kayu
fish steamed in banana leaves
Baha-bahan:
ingredients:
500 gr fish filet
1 tbsp lime juice
2 tsp salt
9 belimbing wuluh (sour starfruit)
250 ml santen asli (thick coconut milk)
2 kunyit leaves (curcuma)
banana leaf
biteng (wooden sticks)

5 cloves garlic
2 cm laos (galangal0
1 tsp salt
Cara membuat:
preperation/method;
Rub the fish in with the lime juice and 1 tsp salt and cut it into pieces. Cut the belimbij into thin slices and sprinkle thes with the salt. Let it stand for 15 minutes and rinse it and drain. slice the kunyit leaves very fine and thin. Cut the bananaleaf into four 18x18cm pieces. Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu into a paste. Mix all ingredients well. Pour the mixtue on a banana leaf piece and flod it as a package and tie it with the biteng. Steam the packages for 15 minutes until done and serve.
