Palai udang segar
roasted prawns
Bahan-bahan:

350 gr tiger prawns
100 gr grated coconut
3 tbsp oil
1/2 tbsp salt
1 tsp palm sugar
2 pandan leaves, cut into pieces
10 kemangi leaves
banana leaves

bumbu:
4 red lomboks
7 shallots
5 cloves garlic
Cara menbuat:
preparation:
Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu into a paste. Mix this with the prawns, the grated coconut, the salt,the palm sugar and the oil. Cut the pandan leaves into pieces and chop the kemangi fine. Take a piece of banana leaf and put the shrimp on top and sprinkle with the kemangi and place a piece of pandan leaf on it and then close and fold it as a package. Roast the prawns over a charcoal fire until done.
