fish in cabbage leaves

300 gr cod
6 white cabbage leaves
2 shallots
4 red lomboks (large chilies)
3 cm laos (galangal)
1 tsp trassi (shrimp paste)
4 tbsp oil
4 tbsp palmsugar
biteng (tooth picks)

Cara membuat:
Pound or grind the shallots, the lomboks, the laos and the trassi into a paste. Heat in a wok the oil and fry the bumbu for 3 minute. Mix in the palmsugar. Heat in a pan the water and boil the cabbage for 5 minutes and cool it. Cut the fish into 6 pieces.
Put some of the mixture on the cabbage leaf, add the fish and then some more of the mixture. Fold the leaf like a small package and close it with the biteng. Roast the packages for 15 minutes slowly above a charcoalfire. Make sure the cabbage doesn't burn.
