Udang Sauce Tiram - fried shrimps in oyster sauce

Udang Sauce Tiram
fried shrimps in oyster sauce
Bahan-bahan:
ingredients:
300 gr shrimp
1/2 tbsp lime, juice
1 tsp salt
1 banana shallot
4 cloves of garlic
3 cm jahe
2 tbsp oyster sauce
2 tbsp tomato sauce
1 tsp kecap manis
1 tsp kecap asin
1/2 tsp pepper
1/4 tsp palm sugar
150 ml of water
oil
Cara membuat:
preparation:
Clean the shrimp. Remove the head but leave the tail. Rub the shrimp with the lime juice and salt and let it marinate for 15 minutes. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the shrimps until done, then set aside.
Cut the shallot into thin slices lengthwise. Finely chop the garlic. Heat 2 tbsp oil in a pan and fry the shallot, garlic and jahe for 3 minutes. Then add the shrimps and mix well.
Then add the oyster sauce, tomato sauce, kecap, pepper and palm sugar and mix well. Then add the water and stir until the sauce thickens. Serve.
