Udang saus lada hitam
prawns in black pepper sauce

250 gr prawns
1 clove of garlic
1/2 tsp salt
1 tbsp lime juice
6 tbsp oil
Bahan sauce lada hitam:
black pepper sauce ingredients:
1/2 tbsp oil
100 ml of water
1/2 tbsp kecap manis
1/2 tbsp kecap asin
1 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp cornstarch
1/2 clove garlic
1 shallot
cara membuat:
Grate the garlic and mix with the salt and the lime juice and marinate the shrimp for at least 30 minutes. Heat in a wok / wadjan the oil and fry the prawns until cooked and remove them from the pan.
Slice the shallot and garlic fine. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the shallots and garlic for 3 minutes. Add the remaining ingredients and stir until the sauce thickens. Add the prawns and fry it for 2 minutes and serve.
