Ikan Kerapu Kukus

Bahan-bahan:
ingredients:
300 gr ikan kerapu / red bass / bass
1 lime (juice)
3 red lomboks (large chilies)
1 tsp white pepper
1 tbsp sesame oil
salt to taste
1 leek
Cara membuat:
preperation/method:
Mix the lime juice with the pepper, the salt and the oil. Clean the fish an cut it open bellyside. Rub the fish in with the mixture but leave some. Cut the leek into strips. Put the fish on a plate and spread the leek, the lomboks and the remaining mixture on top. Steam the fish done in 30 minutes.
