Bahan-Bahan:
ingredients:
600 gr pineapple
200 gr shrimp/prawns
3 tbsp oil
Haluskan:
bumbu:
5 red lomboks
9 cloves of garlic
2 tsp salt
5 tbsp palm sugar
Cara membuat:
preparation:
Cut the pineapple into cubes. Peel the shrimp/prawns but leave the tail.Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu into a paste.
Heat the oil in a pan and fry the bumbu for 4 minutes. Then add the pineapple and cook until the moisture is released. Then add the shrimp/prawns and fry until done and until the sauce thickens.
