Tumis Udang Sambal Terasi
sautéed shrimps with sambal

300 gr shrimp
150 gr potato
1 tsp lime, juice
1 salam leaf
2 jeruk purut leaves
3 green lomboks
1 tomato
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp palm sugar
1/2 tsp lime, juice
100 ml of water

4 cloves of garlic
3 shallots
6 red cabai keriting (curly cayenne pepper)
2 red lomboks
1 1/2 tsp terasi / trasi bakar

Cara membuat:
Clean the shrimp and remove the head. Rub the shrimps with the lime juice and let it rest for 15 minutes. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the shrimp until brown and set aside.
Cut the potato into cubes. Finely chop the jeruk purut. Cut the lomboks into rings and cut the tomato into cubes. Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu fine into a coarse paste. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the potato cubes until brown and set aside.
Heat 2 tbsp oil in a pan and fry the bumbu together with the salam and the jeruk purut for 4 minutes. Then add the potatoes, shrimps, salt and palm sugar and mix well. Then add the water and cook until done. Mix in the lime juice and serve.
