Tumis Udang Goreng
sautéed fried shrimps

250 gr large shrimp
3 cloves of garlic
1/2 tsp lime juice
1/2 tsp salt
50 ml of water

1 spring onion
1 serai / sereh / lemongrass, white part
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp palm sugar
1/2 tsp pepper
100 ml of water

4 red cabai keriting (curly cayenne pepper)
2 red lomboks
5 shallots
4 cloves of garlic
1 cm jahe
1 tomato
1/2 tsp terasi / trasi

Cara membuat:
Clean the shrimp. Puree the garlic. Mix the garlic with the lime juice, salt and water and marinate the shrimp for 15 minutes.
Heat in a pan of oil and fry the shrimps and set aside. Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu fine to a coarse paste. Cut the spring onion into pieces.
Heat in a pan of oil and fry the bumbu together with the serai for 5 minutes. Then add the salt, the palmsugar and the pepper and mix well. Then add the prawns, the spring onions and the water and cook until done.
