fried shrimp in a spicy red sauce

500 gr large shrimp/prawns
100 ml of water
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp palm sugar
3 tbsp oil
1 lime, juice
1/2 tsp salt

7 shallots
5 cloves of garlic
10 red cabai keriting (curly cayenne pepper)
2 red lomboks
3 red rawits
1 cm jahe
1 tomato

Cara membuat:
Clean the shrimp/prawns. Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu into a paste. Marinate the shrimps with the lime juice and the salt and leave for 20 minutes.
Heat in a pan the oil and fry the bumbu for 6 minutes. then add the shrimps/prawns and fry until they change color. Then add the water, the salt and the palmsugar and fry the shrimps/prawns until done. Serve.
