fried shrimp in a sour sauce

250 gr large shrimp
1 teaspoon of salt
1/2 tbsp lemon juice
800 ml of water
1 salam leaf
1 cm laos
2 serai / sereh / lemongrass
3 green tomatoes
2 teaspoon of salt
1 teaspoon sugar
50 gr asam / tamarind

3 shallots
3 cloves of garlic
3 red lomboks
3 cm kunyit
1 cm jahe

Cara membuat:
Clean the shrimp and rub it in with the lemon juice and salt and let it rest for 15 minutes. Heat oil in a pan and fry the shrimp until done. Set aside.
Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu into a paste and cut the tomatoes into small pieces.
Heat in a pan the water together with the bumbu, the salam, the laos, the serai, the tomatoes, the salt, the palmsugar and the asam and mix everything well. Then add the shrimp and bring to a boil.
