Udang Goreng Tabur Cabai
fried spicy shrimps

Bahan-Bahan:
ingredients:
400 gr large shrimp
1/2 tsp fish sauce
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp palm sugar
2 spring onion
1/2 tsp lime juice
oil

bahan kuah:
Ingredients marinade:
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1 tsp fish sauce
1/2 tsp lime juice

Haluskan:
bumbu:
3 cloves of garlic
5 dried chili peppers
8 red cabai keriting (curly cayenne peppers)

Cara membuat:
preparation:
Clean the shrimps and carve their backs. Mix the ingredients for the marinade and mix in the shrimps and leave for 20 minutes. Heat in a pan of oil and fry the prawns until tender and golden brown. Set aside.
Cut the spring onion into thin rings. Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu into a paste.
Heat in a pan 1 tbsp oil and fry the bumbu for 4 minutes. Then add the shrimp, the fish sauce, the salt, the pepper and the palmsugar and mix well. Then mix in the lime juice and spring onion and serve.
