Udang Goreng Telur Asin
fried shrimp in a salted egg sauce
Bahan-bahan:
ingredients:
250 gr large shrimps/prawns, cleaned
3 cloves garlic, mashed
2 tbsp lime, juice
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
75 gr cornflour
2 eggs, beaten
2 tbsp butter
oil
5 cloves of garlic
3 red cabai keriting (curly cayenne pepper)
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp palm sugar
4 sprigs of Chinese chives
4 boiled salted egg yolks
50ml water
Cara membuat:
preparation:
Rub the shrimp with the garlic, lime juice, salt and pepper and let it rest for 15 minutes. Then roll it through the cornstarch, the egg and again through the cornstarch. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the coated shrimp until crispy and done.
Coarsely chop the garlic and keriting. Finely chop the chives and the egg yolks very finely.
Heat the butter in a pan and fry the garlic and the keriting for 2 minutes. Then add the salt, palm sugar and pepper and mix well. Then mix in the chives and egg yolks. Then add the water and bring to a boil. Spoon the sauce over the shrimp and serve.
