spiced stewed fish
Bahan-Bahan:
ingredients:
250 gr small fish / anchovies
1/2 coconut, grated
5 tbsp asam water
250 ml of water
1 serai / sereh / lemongrass
1 cm lengkuas / laos / galangal
Haluskan:
bumbu:
1/2 cm kunyit
1/2 tsp pepper
1 tsp salt
11 red rawits

Clean the fish and remove the head. Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu into a paste. Chop or grate the serai and the laos.
Mix the fish with the coconut and asam water in a pan. Then mix in the bumbu, the serai and the laos and then add the water. Cook on low heat until done.
