spiced fish meat from Kalimantan

Bahan-Bahan:
ingredients:
500 gr ikan gabus, otherwise trout
2 salam leaves
250 ml coconut milk (of 1/2 coconut)

Haluskan:
bumbu:
8 shallots
4 cloves of garlic
1/2 tsp ketumbar, toasted
5 red cabai keriting (curly cayenne pepper)
2 tsp salt
1 tbsp palm sugar

Cara membuat:
preparation:
Clean the fish and steam it until done. Take the fish meat and chop it fine. Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu into a paste. Mix this with the fish meat, the salam and the coconut milk in a pan. Cook, while stirring, until dry.
