Balado Cumi Cabai Hijau
fried squid rings with green pepper

Bahan-Bahan:
ingredients
400 gr cumi / squid
1 teaspoon of salt
1 lemon, juice
2 salam leaves
2 sereh / lemongrass
5 jeruk purut leaves
1/4 teaspoon sugar
oil

Haluskan:
bumbu:
3 shallots
3 cloves of garlic
10 green lomboks
10 cabe hijau keriting / green curly pepper

Cara membuat:
preparation:
Clean the cumi and cut it into 1 1/2 thick rings. Marinate the rings with lemon juice and 1/2 teaspoon salt for 15 minutes. Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu into a coarse paste.
Heat in a pan 6-7 tbsp oil and fry the bumbu with the salam, the sereh and the jeruk purut for 4 minutes. Then add the cumi and fry until it changes color. Then add the salt and the palmsugar and cook until done.
