Fishsoup
Bahan-bahan:
ingredients:
200 g of gindara / black cod / sandfish
150 g sweet corn
3 sprigs celery, chopped
750 ml of water
1 tbsp butter
Haluskan:
bumbu:
8 cloves of garlic
1 tbsp fish sauce
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
Cara Membuat:
preparation:
Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu into a paste and mix in the fish sauce. Heat in a pan the butter and fry the bumbu for 2 minutes. Add the fish meat and the water and bring to the boil and cook until the fish is nearly done. Add the corn, stir well and cook until done. Sprinkle the chopped celery on top and serve.
