fried spicy calamari

Bahan-bahan:
Ingredients
500 gr cumi / squid
4 cloves of garlic
1 tomato
1 onion
2 cm jahe
1 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp salt
2 tbsp sauce sambal (see recipe)
3 tbsp kecap manis
3 tbsp oil

Cara Membuat:
preparation:
Clean the squid and cut into rings. Chop the garlic finely and chop the onion coarsely (8 pieces) and grate the jahe. Cut the tomato into slices.
Heat in a pan the oil and fry the garlic with the onion and jahe for 2 minutes. Then add the squid and tomato and mix well. Then add the kecap, the sauce sambal, salt and pepper and fry quick and short otherwise the squid becomes tough/chewy.
