ingredients:
1 bunch of taro leaf
4 tuna fillets
1 tablespoon salt
1 tsp asem
4 tablespoons water
water
 
Cara membuat:
preparation:
Steam the taro leaves. Mix the asem with the tbsp water. Mix the fish with salt and asemwater and let stand for 15 minutes. Then wrap the fish in taro leaves and steam the fish until cooked.
