spicy stewed Gouramis

Bahan-bahan:
ingredients:
500gr gouramis otherwise carp
1 tsp lime juice
1 tsp salt
3 shallots
2 cloves garlic
7 red rawits
2 cm laos
2 salam leaves
2 tbsp kecap manis
1/2 tsp palm sugar
1/2 tsp salt
300 ml of water
2 tomatoes
2 chives
2 tablespoons oil
 
Haluskan:
bumbu:
4 shallots
4 cloves garlic
2cm kunyit
1/2 teaspoon pepper
 
Cara membuat:
preparation:
Clean the fish and rub it in with the salt and lime juice as let it stand for 20 minutes. Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu fine into a paste. Cut the shallots, the garlic and the rawits into thin slices.
Heat in a pan the oil and fry the bumbu with the shallots and garlic for 5 minutes. Add the rawits, the laos and the salam and fry for 1 minute. Then add the water, the kecap and palm sugar and bring to a boil. Then add the chopped tomatoes and the fish and cook gently until tender. Cut the chives into small pieces and mix it and serve.
