Tumis Udang Tomat
fried shrimp/prawns with tomato

400g prawns/shrimp
1/2 teaspoon lime juice
4 cloves garlic
4 shallots
1cm jahe
2 jeruk purut
6 red rawits
3 tomatoes
1/2 tsp fish sauce
1 tsp salt
1/2 thel pepper
1 tsp palm sugar
200 ml water
2 chives
2 eel oil
Cara membuat:
Clean the prawns. Chop the garlic and the shallots coarsely. Cut the chives into small pieces, the tomatoes and the rawits into strips.
Marinate the shrimp with the lime juice and leave for 15 minutes. Heat in a pan the oil and fry the garlic, shallots, jahe and jeruk purut for 4 minutes. Add the shrimp and cook until it changes color. Add the tomato and the rawits and fry gently until soft. Next, toss in the fish sauce, salt, pepper and palm sugar. Add the water and bring to a boil. Sprinkle the chives on top and serve.
