fried fish in a spicy red sauce

Bahan-bahan:
ingredients:
2 ikan bandeng / milkfish
1/2 tsp salt
2 tsp lime juice
1 tsp kecap manis
300 ml of water
3 tablespoons oil
 
Haluskan:
bumbu:
12 red chilies
9 shallots
5 cloves garlic
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp palm sugar
 
Cara membuat:
preparation:
Marinate the fish with salt and lime juice and let it rest for 20 minutes. Heat oil in a pan and fry the fish until golden brown. Deseed the chilies. Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu fine into a paste.
Heat in a pan the oil and fry the paste for 5 minutes. Add the water and the kecap and bring to the boil. Add the fish and cook until tender.
