Ikan nila acar kuning
fried fish in a light sour sauce

500g tilapia
1/2 tbsp lime juice
1/2 tsp salt
2cm jahe
100g carrot
100g cucumber
1 red lombok
2 lemongrass
2 tsp palm sugar
500 ml of water
1 teaspoon vinegar
1 spring onion
4 shallots
3 cloves garlic
1 kemiri note
2cm kunyit
1/2 teaspoon pepper
Cara membuat:
Grate the jahe. Marinate the fish with lime juice, salt and jahe for at least 15 minutes. Cut the carrot julienne, deseed the cucumber and cut into rings. Deseed the lombok and cut into strips. Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu fine into a paste.
Heat oil in a pan and fry the fish brown and done. Heat in a pan 2 tbsp oil and fry the paste and lemongrass for 4 minutes. Add the carrot, cucumber and Lombok, and cook for 3 minutes. Then add the salt, palm sugar and water and cook until tender. Add the fish, vinegar and spring onion and stir well and serve.
