Ikan Nila Campur Jamur
Steamed tilapia with shiitake
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tbsp lemon juice
3 cm jahe
3 shiitake mushrooms
2 tbsp kecap asin
1/2 tsp pepper
3 dried chili peppers
4 cloves of garlic
1/2 tsp palm sugar
2 small spring onions
Grate de jahe, chop the shiitake, chili and garlic finely and slice the spring onion fine.
Marinate the fish with the salt and lemon juice and let it rest for 15 minutes. Add the remaining ingredients and marinate the fish for at least 20 minutes.
Put the fish with the marinade on a banana leaf and steam the fish for 25-30 minutes until done.
