anchovy steamed in banana leaves

500g grated coconut
150g mlandingan (horse tamarind)
150 g anchovy
100g melinjo leaf
3 red chilies
2 green chilies
7 shallots
4 cloves garlic
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp palm sugar
banana leaf
biteng

Chop all ingredients finely and mix well. Take 2 tablespoons of the mixture and place it on a piece of banana leaf and fold like a packet and secure it with the biteng. Steam the packets done in 30 minutes.
