Ikan goreng pandan
grilled spiced fish in pandan leaf

500g mackerel / tuna
1 tsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp fish sauce
1 red lombok
3 cloves garlic
1 tsp palm sugar
1/2 teaspoon pepper
15 coriander leaves
20 pandan leaf
Cara membuat:
Pound or grind the Lombok, garlic, palm sugar and pepper into a paste. Mix with the lemon juice, fish sauce and the chopped coriander leaves into a marinade. Cut the fish into 20 equal pieces and let it rest at least 30 minutes in the marinade. Wrap each piece of fish in a pandandblad. Roast the fish packets slowly until cooked over a charcoal fire.
