Ikan Cue / Kuwe Cakbai Gendot Pedas
fried fish in spicy sauce

300g ikan cue / kuwe (pompano / mackerel)
10 peteh beans
4 cloves garlic
5 green habanero peppers
5 shallots
1/2 tbsp kecap manis
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp palm sugar
200 ml water
2 tablespoons oil
Cara membuat:
Cut the fish into pieces, garlic and shallots into thin slices and halve the habanero and the peteh beans.
Heat in a pan the oil and fry the shallots and garlic for 3 minutes. Add the peppers and mix well. Add the fish, kecap, peteh beans, salt and palmsugar and mix well. Then add water and cook slowly until done.
