Fish with Vegetables
Bahan-bahan:
ingredients:
125 gr prawns
5 squid
2 lemongrass
800 ml santen
1 tsp salt
225 gr cauliflower
1/2 carrot
5 snake/long beans
6 okra
1 eggplant
225 ml water
oil
Haluskan:
bumbu:
8 red lomboks
6 shallots
3 cloves of garlic
4 cm jahe
4 cm kunyit
1 kunyit leaf

preparation:
Cut the squid into rings. Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu fine into a paste. Cut the vegetables into small pieces (2cm).
Heat the oil in a wok / wadjan and fry the bumbu for 3 minutes. Add the lemon grass, shrimp and squid and fry for 1 minute. Add the vegetables and the water and cook for 1 minute.
Then add the santen and let it simmer until everything has been cooked and the sauce has thickened
